Returns Policy - our terms

Returns / Refunds Items for return must be authorized before sending. Postage costs are non refundable. Courier the item you think is faulty and would like to return. If we accept the item is faulty we will refund the courier fee and replace your item. Items sent to us are your responsibility. We do not accept responsibility for any items by return to us. Please contact us if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase. Important: All items are inspected on arrival. Returns or exchanges will not be issued if the goods are not in their original condition. For hygiene reasons returns and exchanges must be returned without their being opened. Do not remove or replace the ties that hold the hair in place on the cardboard package. Any attempt to do so will make your item void and will not be refunded. Clips occasionally come loose. These can easily be stitched back on using normal needle and cotton. We will replace any clip that is broken but not the whole set of extensions. Clips are considered a consumable part of the hair extension. Removing the ties indicates that you except that the hair is in good condition and suitable for use. We reserve the right to make changes and alter prices without notice on this website. Hair extensions do wear out. It’s hard to judge how long they will last. It depends on how individual customers treat and look after their hair. Some use irons, blow dryers, rollers etc. Not caring for them can ruin them quickly. Caring for them can make them last for many months. We will replace or refund under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993. We will not replace or refund extensions subject to normal wear and tear. Any extensions purchased after more than two weeks will be considered normal wear and tear. Your personal details and emails are held solely for contact and ordering purposes. We do not share your details.
